Very well said and I couldn’t agree more — I also think every person/parent has a different perspective in regards to what they value as they juggle parenting and their career. Of course we want to be present parents, but some people are still very much career-driven and happen to have the means to arrange child care so that they can focus on their career and also care for their child outside of work.
