Really loved this one, Marta — very relatable and I agree with so many of your points.

The only thing to consider is that although there are other options out there, Medium (for many people) is the most flexible platform in controlling how often or how little we publish without the pressure of thinking about whether or not we’re able to make ends meet.

For many people (myself included), Medium is just our creative outlet, while also being a resource for potentially making money.

I work full-time, completely unrelated to writing, but still find joy in writing for fun and therefore, I still need that creative outlet. For me, Medium is exactly that and that’s why it’s the only platform I rely on.
